GTV comes to CG Xbox360

Gamestah now offering GTV Live Video for CG Xbox360 Matchs

That's right, myself along with the Gamestah team have been working hard behind the scene's to get GTV up and running for the Xbox360. In the past all we could offer you was either audio matchs containing the casters and in game audio or a Capture Carded match wtih Shoutcasting over the top, however after the final test last night during the FreQ Vs Insurgency Match we are now good to go with Live Video Streaming for matchs on the Cybergamer Xbox360 Ladders

I have been tweaking my settings and fixing everything I could up to beable to do this for the Cybergamer Community as I know you have all wanted live video casting for some time now.

During the FreQ Vs Insurgency match without any of the listeners knowing I was actualy running a live video stream on GTV. It was extremely hard for me not to tell you all to go watch via the feed however we needed to make sure all was running smoothly.

It seems this has come at a perfect time for Gamestah Shoutcasting on the Xbox as we head into finals here on Cybergamer and CGi/CGm only just around the corner. While a picture perfect system is yet in place for what matchs will be streamed live, we will be doing our best at Gamestah to get as much coverage as possible for all CGo Finals.

You can trust in me when I say that if I'm casting your match, then chance's are it will also be GTV'd and also uploaded once completed for people to watch over and over and over again.

I am aware that some people don't have great internet speeds however from here on out we will be going GTV whenever possible for matchs, if we can arrange it we may also offer Audio only for those that cannot view the GTV due to having slow internet.

Each time a new cast happens, there still will be topics on here located in the [a href=";http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/10977/"]Shoutcasting Forum[/a], however come match time, you will need to head on over to [a href=";http://www.gamestah.com"]Gamestah[/a] and then to the [a href=";http://www.gamestah.com/gtv"]GTV Section[/a].

When the threads go up, I will give you all direct links to the GTV Channel we will be streaming over so insure you keep your eyes open for those come match times. Due to now offering video the upload will take abit longer before the file is ready for public demand to be seen once the match is completed so please just be aware that once a match is done, it will take alittle longer then usual for you all to beable to view it again however I believe its well worth the wait.

As always if you want your match casted all you need to do is request it over on [a href=";http://www.gamestah.com"]Gamestah[/a], sign up and then follow the turorial I have provided. To request simply follow [a href=";http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/32439/Tutorial-:-Requesting-A-Shoutcast/"]this tutorial[/a] that I made for you.

If you are wanting your match GTV'd then please when placing in a request you will need to simply place "GTV" in the match info section on the request page along with a link to the match details page, so I know you want it streamed.
