Description:	This fix is a step away from the AWP fix and a step towards the original aspects of the sniper. A step back with one major difference: Originally we had the breath function, how ever it did not work since it took too long before you could actually land the bullet where you were aiming. That's how the AWP fix was born, at the time we thought it was the only way to fix the problem with bullets going in random directions. This fix is a step back in that it has the breath command but a step forward since it combines the two different styles of snipers we have come to know. This will affect the sniping somewhat, there is still a very small period where your bullet could go slightly off target if shot right on breath. That time how ever is seemingly reduced since the sway of the rifle has been lowered. In other words the distance of -the sway that you can not see- is reduced by reducing -the sway that you can see-. This will make the sniper somewhat harder to use and master and you will have a slightly harder time getting away with quick challenges. In return you get the rechamber while zoomed option back which could be used to your advantage for instance when covering a crossing where u have multiple targets, you now have a bigger chance at knocking more than one down, but the chance of nailing all of those shots is still smaller because for a very little time the bullets initially won't go straight EVERY time as just explained.
