Can someone please give me some more info on this 'Vodnick unlock' everyone has been talking about recently?

Do you need to edit your .con files or bounce about in some rocks to unlock this one?

Hmm. I've just sent a PM to the guys over at Sir.Community, hopefully they'll have a response shortly. They did mention some sort of Vodnik Easter egg, laying around some of the tracks.
