Checked out there prices... Only offering about 10 dollars max cheaper on new release games. Not really much incentive to order online, rather pay the extra 10 and go to a local store.

Perhaps, BUT the main benefit of this sponsorship is now the fact that the teams have something to play for now.

Its now MORE than domination on a ladder, the fact to win some G15s is more than an incentive to perform well and raise the bar in TF2. Perhaps we may see some more contenders for the final instead of Encore and tsw.ysw

Anywho, im happy we got this, and im sure the players and teams wont be complaining either

Was gonna hold my tounge cause i know hardware like mouses and keyboards are all subjective and vary between people. But those G15 keyboards are absolute gimmick. I've played on them before and they're is absolutely NO difference between it and any other keyboard. WASD ctrl space alt... only keys i use are all in the same place. Why would i pay 100+ for one when i'm using a 10 year old keyboard that at the time cost 20 dolllars.

I use a G15 and i reckon it smashes my old $20 keyboard, the backlit keys are great for playing at night and the LCD is useful for listening to MP3's or checking who is on vent whilst in game. My old keyboard was also fairly clacky, with keys that would sometimes get stuck, but I've never had the problem with the G15.

Yeah mate ill be honest and completely disagree with you. The G15 has so many extra features, the lcd, the g keys and the fact you can press up2 5-6 keys at the exact same time.

It is worth the money. I know because i use one now

Fairly sure you can press that many keys with any keyboard as long as its USB. And i run dual monitors which preety much negate any positive aspect that you can get from the little lcd screen you get from a G15.

But biggest question is.. Does it increase your ability to kill in game. If not .. no point.

More than that, i don't like the feel of the G15 . The only thing that I like about them is the screen (which us a gimmick) and the backlit keys.

Other than that, im extremely happy with my Logitech ultra flat that I got from Big W for 20 bucks.

Actually no, you can't. I used to have a Microsoft media keyboard and I think it was limited to about 3 keys at once, which was noticeable while gaming. Either way, just because the G15 isn't for YOU, doesn't mean it isn't for anyone else mf
