i think the action in this game would be 10x as intense if you didnt get a recorded death when you got revived, as people would be willing to attack a lot more.

obviously this doesnt apply to clan matches, but it would make pubs better...

QFT. I really like the class balance here, honestly its near perfect imo and will make scrims so much better and considering how stupidly powerful the engi/assault are its not like if they didnt record deaths, people would swarm medics coz youd still get tubed/rocketed all day without a legitmate answer (lol m60).

Or is it a case of having your cake and eating it too (in light of bf2 pub medic packs being god, to here non existant)... Surely its not that presumtuous to petition a fix to the KD system >_>

So in summary BC2 is dumbed down massively and is a huge step backwards in the BF franchise

I think they're doing OK for now, a few server patches already and 2 client patches in 2 weeks. Plus they've been busy with server/connection/browser issues so once they sort out the stuff that is stopping most of the players from actually playing im sure they'll focus more on gameplay and other random glitches/bugs. Haven't played conquest yet but apparently they fixed the horn so they're definitely listening.

Noob tubes - easy kills, srsly 4 of them with the perk.
passworded/private servers - took us a good 45mins last night to get everyone in without CTD/Kicks/Bluescreen.
Less movable shit on the ground in maps, boxes etc.

We need to be able to:

-Restart a round
-View the ticket count at the end of a round
-Spawn time at the start of the round (like squad rush)
-Some way to control unlocks
-Chat when dead
-Spectator mode
-Customize tickets
-Round time
-Screen shot

How can you even make a multiplayer game without these basic features.

I saw Dice got a team on ESL but how will you compete when you cant figure out who got the most tickets??

Wish list:

-Demo feature
-BFTV

+1, simple shit that like should be in it.

Overall I'm loving it. the netcode is pretty good I'd say, such as low ping vs high ping .. it actually works. Even playing on servers with 200-300 ping it's pretty hard to notice the latency difference. The scoreboard pings are still out by around 100, G15 says 50 in-game says 150. Servers fill up pretty fast which is good, took 10 minutes last night to go from 0 to 32 after our scrim. Hopefully the providers are allowed to rent servers again soon as we need a war server..

GG

edit: actually what is the go with the deaths still counting but you've been rev'd??

lol firewizard... pun intended?

youd assume they actually play the game once with sound actually on and realise it instantly before ever getting to retail lol

DICE won't touch gamer requests until they've fixed all their backend and frontend issues (server browser etc.).

Game has a lot of potential and would make a very good competitive game if small things were introduced and fixed.

Hopefully DICE add in what people are requesting.

I have people literally yell at me after I revive them while rushing a flag/mcon sometimes because they hate being in the open where they may have no option but to rush forwards to take a flag/MCON but will die again in the process -_-
I revive them deliberately, especially if I'm behind cover...

This is not a game built for PC competitive gaming. It's not BF3. It's the second instalment of a console game. It would require a lot of work from DICE to get this acceptable and EA already has their money. Their major concern is making the game playable and then the DLC.
