Throw me on the free agent list, I CBF joining team as most of them have people I haven't even spoken too.

You guys should get some ref's into the free agents pool. Probably the only way to ref games, IMO.

Ref's in battlefield are useless anyway, you can't ref and play because it's conflict of interest and you can't spectate in this game.
