Im having a problem with the xbox live chat with my astros. It has the little mic symbol next to my name and I can hear people fine but when i talk nothing comes out. As in the speaker symbol doesnt have the sound coming out of it. Basically I cant talk to anyone at all

Ive done all the trouble shooting stuff like unplugged it etc but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Check you haven't muted yourself on the dashboard and make sure the little switch on the side of the cord doesn't show the orange part. Seems simple but I've made the mistake more then once.

I'm fairly sure the cable that goes to the control for voice chat can **** up if you tug it out to much, i know it happens with turtle beaches and trittons anyway.

Parra is having the exact same problem. Got his yesterday and didn't work. Waited 2-3 weeks for them, got them and wouldn't work properly. Was totally gutted.

I know he's at work atm. He'll be on later though, 'coz it's Parra. He always is.
