i had a similar problem aaron, make sure all the phone lines in your house have have a 2 way splitter on them, ADSL/PHONE, also if you have Foxtel/austar, you will need a 2 way splitter for that aswell. If all your phone lines are all accounted for then perhaps give tech support a call, but make sure you request level 2/3 tech support so you can actually get the problem resolved.

Don't put a splitter from your wall for your internet connection unless the phone is connected through the same point. If the phone is connected through a different point in another room or the same room, make sure that ONLY the phone has a splitter. Restart your modem after doing this, if that does not help then reboot your router.

If you have recently changed your ISP password to log in to your account, make sure you change your MODEM settings to include the same password, otherwise the modem cant authenticate to your ISP servers.

Best of luck.
