I was just wondering, what is with the activity level/ dedication to this ladder of some of the teams?

I have NOT been part of a SINGLE race, all because the other teams have not shown up?

3 RACES, i have been there waiting, and no one but me and naffler were waiting, this is fkn ridiculous, can u have a rule, if a team doesnt show to 2 or 3 matches in a row, then kick them from the ladder, all i want to do is compete, and now i am spot 15, without ever doing anything

and yes, i am complaining about that, BECAUSE I SIGNED UP TO RACE, not waste 30 mins waiting in an empty server, doing what me and naffler can do in hamachi!

Get your act together teams please!

Rules state you only need wait 10 minutes and yes Teams will be dropped to the bottom if they forfeit 3 in a row.

This ladder is what u guys make it. ATM looks like it may not get past season 1. No skin off my nose.

We have issues the other sde mate - 2 weeks running now server hasnt worked with both teams present and all admins offline or not responding.

Oxide went offline 5 minutes after we messaged him with no response. and talnoy showing online had no response and Jay was just offline.

Both weeks matches with both sides there ready to race and the match has had to be cancelled.
My question is where is the admin and can we get some working servers.

"Just to note" cause its sorta funny, tonights match race started fine and i passed the finish line to commence my last lap and we started to load karkand map. During the middle of the race the server decides to swap maps, and we cant map vote - no rcon passwords to change it back.

Was sorta funny. Sorry to the iNC boys - challenge us again fellas.

Turns out the server time was running 30mins fast. Should now be fixed, although I will keep an eye on it to make sure. Sorry about this once again guys.

Your best bet to get in contact with any of the admins quickly in future would be via Xfire or MSN (see our profiles) rather than using the CG instant messaging.

Also just a quick reminder to all teams that they should try to load into the server and get their races underway as soon as possible after their scheduled start time, especially if there is another race straight after.

Edited once, 27/4/09 - 10:28pm.

Xfire and MSN is what i use mate - thx for reminding me about CG - although i think iDeath sought out this means to contact anyone he could.

JAY was offline on both msn and xfire.
Talnoy was on xfire - but never responded in time.
And yourself showd online but after waiting 3-4 minutes you went offline with no reply.

So i guess for us it was a case of bad timing when no admins were moderating. Or servers running on time.

Shit happens (excuse the french) just happens too often.

OMG moar controversy.

Server running 30 mins ahead seems strange. Will have a look.

Not sure if you guys started late or whatever but 30 mins for a booking is plenty of time to get a maximum of 3 races in surely.

As long as teams dont stuff around, and go live around the 10 minute mark, 20 minutes is more than enough time to have 3 races.

I reckon sook would help keep things running smoothly, the other admins have been doing a good job, but i reckon have one more and then split the roles

eg, jay deals with complaints
oxi with server
etc

Where does Sook fit in to your admin roles?

Don't Exactly know, but that would be up to the admin team to decide who could do each role.

exactly....^

There are the all night meetings Oxi calls every second day

There is the endless emails from punters to answer

There are the reports we need to write daily

Then there's the running of the ladder

Oxi can be quite difficult to work with tbh, he is an absolute task master as well as a perfectionist

sheeesh, the list goes on
