To new teams: I would strongly recommend doing practice matches in confogl against both teams of your own skill level and higher ranked teams. Matches against people of similar skill level to you are close games and really show your improvement - they're good for confidence building. Games verse people of a higher skill level are going to be the ones that improve your ability the most

Just a point to raise, i clicked on a few of those links and saw that some teams are putting the server ip and pw's for ladder matches in areas on their steam pages that the public can view.
Good Idea? Or no biggie?

Those steam pages are viewable by anyone through steam anyway It's up to them to make their page private if they wish. This list is just putting them all in the same place.

But yeah I'd recommend realising whether your group profile is private and to avoid posting information which is only for your team to view if it's public. That being said, generally it doesn't really matter, I don't see people actively trying to search steamgroups for server passwords with malicious intent (Mainly cause they'd just get kicked by an admin anyway)

At CG we use an altered version of the confogl config, if you are not familiar with it. Basically all kits replaced with pills (atm CG has four kits on the finale), limited Tier 2, end finale tank does not spawn, no nade launchers/chainsaws/explosive ammo/fire ammo. Also some select buffs to the infected (e.g. the jockey is slightly useful now). Makes for some competitive and close games
