SYF Gaming looking at opening a new Team Fortress 2 team

A little bit about SYF Gaming to start off with,
[SYF] Gaming has been growing progressively to become one of the most promising organizations in the world of eSports. 2007-2010. We currently compete in CoD4, CS:S and HoN. We are now interested in opening up to the delightful world of Team Fortress 2.

One lucky TF2 competitive team will be fully supported by SYF Gaming. As such, we will provide Game Server(s), Ventrilo Voice Server and all funding requirements in order for the Team Fortress 2 team to compete at a highly competitive level. I.E, invitational league payments.

General requirements,
-Top 10 ranking on an official eSports regarded site
-Attending of LANs is highly regarded
-Strong team co-operation and spirit
-Motivation to achieve
