Ok everybody, this will be a permanent sticky explaining what to do if you have a problem or need to contact any staff member. We have had a
support system for quite a while, but it has recently recieved a much needed upgrade, and staff are notified of tickets instantly, making it easy to fix your problem much faster.
Why use the support feature?
When you open a ticket all members of staff who are online will be notified of your problem and attend to it ASAP. It is much more efficient than pm'ing multiple admins, who may not be online or have the time to help. It is also recorded and easier to tack along with multiple staff willing to help. You will also be notified when someone replies.
What to use it for?
- Trouble on the Forums / PUG / clan match.
- Discussing a Ban.
- Changing profile info (Username / GT etc).
- Any problems you are having with CyberGamer.
Creating a Ticket
~ Open up
support. (Also located top right corner of every page)
~ Explain your problem clearly and include any links to topics / match details / teams / profiles.
~ Wait for a staff member to reply and help you out.
Can we ask that you dont make a topic for any issue you have on the forum, unless its something for public discussion, and refrain from PM'ing an admin or multiple admins your issues. If you have any queries about support, please post in this topic.
