I also know people who shoot incredibly fast as well but not that fast and accurate at the same time.

some mods are meant shoot slower then the fastest to avoid getting weapon capped as well/ if i had a mod i would just set that bad boy to 3 burst and use 1sk semi autos.

Hard to say! He shoots really fast and dead straight but there seems to be a slight pause in between some of his shots which suggests he might just have a fast trigger finger.
