i do understand were IC is comming from. we dont like cheats either. but in this case they were wrong.

now after seeing there videos and proof you can see they did not cheat just accept the loss

its not a mod all the top teams had players that could shoot that fast my carbine is probaly as fast if not faster. its just sad when people see those who can shoot that fast without a mod and they them selves carnt so they go out and get one. and claim they dont but its pritty hard to prove it.
