Help me get rid of it please

Symptoms include: disconnecting of my internet, task bar going all different colours and a program called 'antivir solution pro' has begun to pop up.

Here's a picture of my processes which are running at the moment:

if you need any additional information just ask, thanks for your help.

Google and download spyware terminator. It will scan you drive reasonably quickly, and it will give you a run down of any spyware it locates, any safe programs and any unknown programs, as well as a description on what they are and what they do. delete spyware, and sift through the unknown list. if something shouldnt be there or reads suspicios, remove it.

if an anti-virus cannot find the source of the file then just reformat. if u manage to find it try and delete it through the antivirus or file assassin. restart computer and see if the virus returns... if it does you will most likely have to reformat. Good Luck, hope all goes well.

Close all non essential programs and search through the list of the processes running. I would start backing up however just in case.

you do know that formatting will never remove the viruses on the drive?
you'll need to do a government passed erase on the drive to completely remove everything.
programs like Blanco where it is $9 an erase.

No idea if this is still open or not since OP has not replied but I think I would offer my advice. Those fake anti virus programs that appear on your computer are there due to a downloader virus, which I think might be called a "Trojan Downloader".

There are few ways to get rid of it. First off you can try a few programs that can remove it, sometimes there is malaware and spyware that is located somewhere in your system 32 that makes the program run and stops the script for the deletion/uninstalation of the program. The system 32 directory is the largest directory in your computer and is stupid going through it and look for it...However there are programs that can help you with this...

PC Tools Spyware Doctor
Spybot-S&D
Adaware pro

these three programs are the ones I use and I haven't had a virus in years...literally. You can also use a virus program, as such as Trent Micro and Kaspersky Pure (I have both) and they work really well..

If worse comes to worse, back up all your important files on a USB stick, scan the USB on another computer OR make a .RAR file of your important files to make sure the virus cannot get out. Then once thats done, just reformat your computer and all should work file. And atleast I hope it works fine. If not then your on your own kiddo.
