I want to buy a new computer to play some cod4/5 , L4D, CSS and other FPS's.
would this comp be able to run them smoothly?

both of them will be able to run those games bro. however if you know anyone who is capable of building them, buy the parts separate and have it built. youll get a better system for less

They will play those games, but they have terrible graphics cards.
As suggested, buy the parts seperately from a place like Umart/scorptec (any place that builds computers too) or your local PC shop and have them put it together.
