New PC, will it run it?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't 100% sure on where to post it,

Anyways i'm building a new PC soon and was just wondering if it would be able to run CoD4 @ 250 FPS, on low settings 1440x900 res? possibly...
Specs include
CPU: AMD AM3 Phenom II X4 925
Mobo: Gigabyte MA78LMT-S2
RAM: 4GB Kit DDR3 1333 PNY
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB
GPU: 1GB ATI Radeon HD5770
Case&PSU: Thermaltake V3 Black Edition w/ 450W TT Litepower PSU
ODD: Sony-NEC Optiarc AD-7240S

cod4 is fairly ancient now,i have a q6600,2gig or ram and a gtx260 and can hold 250 fps on 1920x1980..

alright sweet, what would you think about an upgrade to 5850? worth it or will the 5770 put out decent enough performance for games of the future, i've got enough for a 5850 also...

I get 250 frames max settings @ 1680x1050 with a 4350, although I have turned a few other things down that dont really matter.

err... i barely got 250 constant with a 4870 on absolutley max .. how does ur 4350 do it

nah haven't built it yet, i've basically got a $900 budget and that current build is $700 or so, probably could come up with a better built.
