Hey guys, just picked up dow2 but haven't been able to play much due to random freezing. It doesn't seem to be because of a particular even and the freezing has no patterns whatsoever, the game will just freeze whenever it wants. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problems and if there is a fix.

Also I've been trying to play LAN games with one of my friends and find it unplayable because of lag "waiting for other player to catch up". Can anyone shed some light on this?

Update your drivers for starters. This will usually fix crashing problems with games.

The LAN thing could be both PCs trying to use the same IP. Manually assign each PC thier own IP.

Specifically graphics card drivers i presume? Are there any other major ones i should be updating?
