Hey guys I just built my first PC for gaming and when i turn it on it goes straight to this black page with a message that says "Reboot and Select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

So that is all it says and when i click the button that is supposed to get me into the BIOS then the message just comes up again. Is this a motherboard problem, or what is it? Is something not plugged in right? What can i do to fix it?

- AMD Phenom II 955
-XFX 5770
- MSI NF750- G55 motherboard
- Seagate barracuda 250 gb harddrive
- 2x2 sector 5 ram

have you made sure, that your auxillary motherboard power connector is plugged in correctly?
if should be just above the cpu.
