The weapon pages are very popular, with reason. We're all very excited about what we will be shooting in Black Ops, and the pages will be updated soon.

Not very long ago we reported on ABC's "Good Game" tour at Treyarch Studio ». They were lucky enough have a look at the command center, talking with the dev's and be amazed by the visuals and techniques used that they got to see. Somewhere in this video, CoDBlackOpsNews.com » (among many others) spotted a wall full of airsoft » guns. It's no actual confirmation of course, but it's highly likely that these weapons are used for reference when modeling them in 3D for use in Black Ops. We believe this is enough proof to put them up on our weapon pages, so that's exactly what we will do.

In another article », where Black Ops was announced for the Nintendo DS, there were also a couple weapons spotted that are not on the list yet. Even though the storyline on the handhelds tends to be different from it's bigger brothers', the weapons have been the same in previous games. So we will add them in too while we're at it.
