I've been having this problem for a while now, MSN won't work on anything other than the official Windows Live Messenger program. I have tried using it with xfire, raptr and on the xbox, neither of them work.

I have checked the router, and NAT is open, and no ports are being blocked. It works at uni on my laptop, but not at home. Below is an extract from the Raptr log file, showing the error log when it's can't log on. My ISP at home is netspace.

I have replaced my email with UNDERSCORES.

Problem solved, updated the firmware on my router.
