Just thought id make a rant to you people who take xbox too serious.

Firstly, when creating this console microsoft had fun in mind; not changing teams every 5 minutes or bitching about people because you can.

Xbox is supposed to be a fun break from your normal life, not the other way around; normal life is not supposed to be your break from xbox.

To all those clans who think they are better than everyone else because they steal players and kick players who aren't good enough; get over yourselves. The best clan's are a group of people who get along and play matches- if you win; good for you, if you lose well unlucky; THERE IS NO NEED TO BREAK UP YOUR CLAN OR LEAVE TO JOIN A NEW CLAN EVERY TIME YOU LOSE. The clan's who are all friends don't necessarily always win but they have more fun than a bunch of people who can't stand to lose (my team have made there fair share of excuses in the past i know but i have made a promise to myself that i personally will just say good game after every match from now on).

Noone "carries" a clan, a player may have consistently good or consistently bad matches- but in the end its the team that wins not just the one player. If every boy could just rush and throw the same pro-nades then its not really a team is it.

E-sports, if we want this to lift off you've gotta stick with a team, taking the best players from every team never works (apart from in uR's case- but they were only around for one season) just because you have one week player it doesn't mean you have to end your clan and find all the best players you can. Build as a team and remember ITS XBOX.

Good post. Being serious can be a good thing too, you just have to have integrity to carry yourself the whole way.
