Probely next time you should just directly PM the dota admin instead of making a post. The admins can be found at the top of the ladder page.

please reschedual with the captain of the other team like virol said, and once both teams have agreed, then pm an admin and get them to change the match date.

I suggest you take virol/maC's suggestions, PM the other team's captain and then contact one of the admins (hexiik, oza64 or visual).

Try not to leave it to the last minute.

If you have trouble contacting the team, we'll see what we can do to work around this, but I can't make any promises if they are uncooperative.

Cybergamer MyZone (left hand side) > DotA Match > it should then show you the team you're versing, just click on their captain and click Send a PM, if not, click 'view team profile,' and PM the captain(s) or founder.

i suggest you use either virol or macs suggestions.
