Help with Asus u3s6 card

Hello,

I recently bought a ASUS U3S6 USB 3.0 card because i needed more USB 3.0 bandwidth to run my Blackmagic Intensity shuttle. I have plugged the card into a PCI-e 2.0 x4 slot and installed the drivers, but my computer doesn't seem to be picking it up. Motherboard: GA-P55-USB3.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
