It changes the game heaps,you can see everything better like where you are passing and what knot. I'm hoping if there is a ladder,this is one of the requirements in the ruleset.

Dude, Thats like saying you have to have your Controller Layout on CoD "Legacy" so it doesnt disadvantage anyone.
It is your choice to what camera you want to use, and you cant manage or control what camera they are using. There is no way to tell.

Furthermore,I think you can't have 2 players with different views(eg,player one front and back and player 2 sideways.) I don't think the game can do that.
