Long time since I've used the Help section, But believe me i really need to use it now.

My laptop has been giving me hell for the past 3 - 6 weeks.
I came to the conclusion 4 weeks ago that i will be getting a new computer (More then likely the HP DV6-3078tx.
- The issues that i am having with my computer are:
- It takes about 3 Mins to open a program
- Very Small amount of HDD space
- Keys are now falling loose (i can feel it as I am Typing)
- The Frame behind the screen has not literally snapped off on the right side (including the hinges to open + close it)
- Computer recently wiped my iPod for No reason at all.
- Ipod now doesnt even show up on this computer anymore, But shows up on others.
- Touch pad stops working randomly and i have to whack it to get it to work again.
- Left clicker stops working, Takes 6 hours for it to start working again
- The Processor is terrible.
- Airvent casing is broken (I have no idea as to how it broke?)
- Wants to reformat EVERY USB device i plug in.

So basically I know my computer is 100% ****ed, and I now see why it was $500 + Superseded. But what i want to know is what the Best computer with an i7 Processor (any type), Good Graphics Card (Mid Line GFX Card), Has Blutooth, is Slim and looks very sexy, and will not piss me off everytime I use it. (I also want the computer to be a laptop and under $2000 (I will consider a Mac if you convince me enough).

Specs on the DV6-3078tx I am Looking at:
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Processor
(1.6 GHz)ATI Mobility Radeon™
HD 5650 Graphics with 1 GB dedicated
8 GB DDR3 (RAM)
640 GB Hard Disk Drive
LightScribe SuperMulti DVD±R/RW with Double Layer Support
Altec Lansing with Dolby Advanced Audio
HP TrueVision Webcam with Integrated Digital Microphone
15.6" diagonal High-Definition LED HP BrightView Display
1 year limited (1 year part, 1 year onsite) warranty
Total Cost: $1,899

Help Please

pretty much all windows laptops are horrid

get an Apple MacBook Pro 13" 2.66gHz

http://store.apple.com/au/configure/MC375X/A?mco=MTc0NjkwMzU

just works well, backlit keyboard, full aluminium case, very sexy

most of all epic 4 finger multi touch capabilities, trust me, you will love them, no windows laptop as more than 2 finger gestures, and this is soooooooooo good on a laptop, the main reason i would never go back to a windows laptop

and if your in love with windows, just bootcamp it and have mac OSX + windows 7 installed

kgo

and you get a discount of like $150 if your a student at a university
