Well its indeed grand finals time....well almost after a grueling season our three COD4 snd leagues are coming to a close as we move on to the grand finals. As we close out the league season the open season will also be moving into its own finals with all the details and match ups for that group further down the page. Big props to our partners Sound Blaster who kicked in this season to revitalize COD4 again to keep you all playing and hungry. Will blackops signal the start of a new generation of COD, time will only tell but while COD4 is here and kicking Sound Blaster is here with you bringing you tournaments to keep you all on your toes.

A big thank you goes out to the teams who participated in this season, we kicked off the COD revival with the Alienware Arena Clan Challenge and hopefully we can close it out with some epic grand finals matches...or who knows...

So on to the groups and the match ups, invite is lagging behind a bit with the second final of Archaic.MSi vs Team Immunity.Intel still to be played but fingers crossed the boys can get into gear and lock in a date.

First of all we had our lanchamps the Alienware Arena Clan Challenge victors Frenetic Array versus Team Exile5.

Over here in CGM things are on track with the teams currently awaiting Mindfreak eSports to offer times before we can lock in a date for the CGM Grand Final, stay tuned for this one as hopefully we can square this one away soon.

Grand Final - TBA

- Keyboard Sports
Champions: $800 Runners Up: $400

CGA the open mans proving ground have also rolled up a nice tidy season and hopefully we will see a strong game from our two grand final contenders. Both teams with a 6-1 record and a narrow margin of dropped rounds between them, tune in for a big match as we see our two CGA finalists go head to head below.

Grand Final - Monday 8pm 20/9/2010
- Void`
- Team Clarity
Champions: $400 Runners Up: $200

CyberGamer Open Finals

Well its the end of the road for CGO and on we go to another season finals in what has been a long history of COD4 SND CGO competition. The final 8 are locked in place and teams need to have EAC installed and ready to go for the finals (see forum stickies for info). The first round must be played between Sunday the 19th and Thursday the 23rd of this month, your matches have been set so get your times out and the matches underway!

The Quarter Finals will be played out in single elimination on mp_strike so teams better prep well as dropping the first match in the open finals is unforgiving.
The Semi and Grand Final will be best of three, with a map pool of Crash, Crossfire, District, Backlot, Strike, Vacant, Pipeline, Inferno and Ravens.

Beware the Challonge...

Still waiting on the Archaic Esports vs Team Immunity match to be organised, after that should be for some great fun and looking forward to seeing whoever in the CGi finals.
After that we have of course the CG main and amateur finals to happen as well, best of luck to all the teams in these upcoming matches.

I believe a thank you should be sent to the gamestah crew for doing some of the shoutcasts, even though sometimes there presence wasn't there. Gamestah gives alot to the community and asks for little in return, so..... THANK YOU GAMESTAH. [sm-love]

finally! The season has run pretty good, only with some issues of EAC and sending out challenges. Apart from that it has been fun
