Okay, so my family came over for my birthday last night, meaning I finally got the rest of my PC parts.
After around 2 - 3 hours I'd put everything into place apart from a few small cords that I can't even find ports for on my motherboard.
They're for the front panel, the reset, power and the LEDs - and +.
So anyway, after installing the last component (graphics card), I plug a monitor into my graphics card (as the motherboard doesn't even have a VGA / DVI / HDMI) to see if it works, and to my demise, it does not.
I turn it on, all the fans run, except for the one on the graphics card, and I get a black screen along with 'no signal'.
I took out the graphics card and put it into my Mum's PC and the fan spun, so could that be the problem?
I also noticed another possible problem: the RAM I bought is 2x2GB Kingston HyperX@2000Mhz.
The motherboard only takes '1800 O.C.'
I was told by a friend to just buy the motherboard as it was 'good as well as cheap', and that I could underclock my RAM so everything would run fine.
Opinions, thoughts, possible solutions... ?

Edit: Specs, if they'll help.

NZXT Lexa S
AMD Phenom X6 II 1055T
2x2GB Kingston HyperX @ 2000Mhz
1 TB WD Caviar Black
ASRock 890FX Deluxe3 ( Ports. )
ASUS EAH4850 (for now)

You haven't connected the 4/6 pin power connector/s into the graphics card?

The GPU doesn't require external power, it runs straight off of the slot on the motherboard.

I can't find the slot on my motherboard depicted in that image...
And it doesn't required 4/6 pin power.

Down the bottom should be the panel your looking for, you will have to refer to your manual as to where the things plug in.

Make sure you plug into the connector on the board top right of the picture.

If its not working in the 1st slot plug into the 2nd.

I'm assuming this is the same board as what you have?

Sigh, didn't even see the port.
Sorry.
Okay, well I plugged that in now, and still 'no signal' on the screen, as well as the fan remaining idle...

Your graphics card has a 6 pin power connector which you will have to plug into. What Power supply have you got?

Yeah, both plugged in.

It's now plugged in.
And I have an OCZ ModXStream 700W.
I plugged in all those tiny cords, the graphics card is in, and that 8pin connecter is plugged in on that port at the top right of the photo.
There's another 4pin power cord coming out of the power supply...
Do I need to plug that in anywhere? ><
Also, when I even flick the power supply on, the whole system turns on... S:
And the power switch doesn't even turn it off, I need to turn the whole power supply off.

You really need to plug that shit into your Fpanel man.

You dont need to plug the 4pin connector anywhere its only used for a graphics card if it needs a 4pin connector or where you plugged the 8 pin connector in.

The reason its not going to turn off restart etc is cause you havent connected those things to your motherboard yet. You need to go to your motherboard manual and it will show you exactly where to plug it all in.

I see.
And I plugged all of the front panel stuff in, I plugged it in as labelled, and the HDD LEDs are working, so I'm assuming I did it right...
So it should turn off with the power button... ? S:

It should work like normal if you have plugged those things in now. Try it, turn it on with the power button etc.

I need to turn on the power supply for the power button to work...
And when I turn the power supply on, the whole system turns on... ><
