Thread isn't going anywhere, so I'm locking and I'll leave you on this final note.
CoD5 died as soon as CGi died. There are a few teams who play on the ladder, infact, I think there's a team that actually strats.
Xbox CG is predominately Call of Duty players, who keep up to date with the latest game, that being MW2. On top of that, due to the variety of gametypes, expansion of CG members and what not, there were much more competitions for MW2. That also caused CoD4 to be revived with the P2P comp.
The Halo Reach ladders will be on the rise, bring a bit more diversity to CG Xbox for competitive, so it's not just the latest Call of Duty game. There's also the Gears of War 2 P2P Competition, and Fifa 11 has it's own thing going as well. And if Fifa isn't your favourite sport game, we've got a variety of other Sport games which you can play.
I'm struggling how to see how CyberGamer is dying in a competitive sense. I understand how the forums are dying because it's being filled with spammers and people not even bothering to contribute to the actual topic, but that's got nothing to do with the competitive side of the website.
CyberGamer's Xbox, PC and PS3 ladders are as prosperous as ever, with an amazing amount of cash flowing through numerous competitions and new ladders being set up all the time.
