Thats some pretty faulty logic, NOS is there to provide a means for players to catch up. It's a game breaker essentially. It's also available in limited bursts, so its really not cheating. You have to know when to use it and when to save it

It helps even things up; without it you'd just have a gap which would be impossible to close, considering that this game engine wasnt built with racing in mind. So you wouldnt be able to use methods you'd use in a racing game, like slipstreaming for example

Now swapping cars is cheating because you're eliminating the balance that the limited NOS provides. Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt the mod itself saying via the load screen tooltips that car swapping is not on?
