Watson, Ponting and Clarke are all in poor form at the moment, Watson should not be opening, bring back Haddin as an opener he would generally shine pretty well in that position, Ponting just needs to mix the batting line-up a bit. Because the same pattern is beginning to emerge, first 4 batsmen scrape together 60-100 runs collectively and the middle/lower order is left to pick up the pieces.
