Fifa 11 Online Round 1
For a long time coming, ACL has been hinting at the inclusion of Fifa 11 as an official circuit title. With the warm-up head to head online competition in August and an exhibition event at the Brisbane Finals LAN for 2010, it is finally time to announce the first official online round for Fifa 11!
To start off the 2011 season with a bang, we are gearing up for a massive first event, with two very different stages. Like many ACL competitions, there will be pool play and also a double elimination finals structure. What is different, however, is that we will be giving entrants more time and a little flexibility to complete pool play over a 10 day period.
Pool Play: Starts January 3rd 2011
Double Elimination Finals: Friday 14th - Saturday 15th January
This competition is for overall points in the season, exactly like Halo and CoD. If you're topping the ladder at the end of the season you will be regarded as the best of the best Fifa players in Australia! For more information on the structure for the events, please visit the following link :
here.
While we are currently still ironing out the kinks in the rules for the first event, a general rules breakdown can be seen
here.
We will also be taking advantage of ACL's
Stats Central service when it relaunches to include FIFA data from the 2011 season. We will be releasing a sign-on thread for this service soon.

ACL is proud to be working alongside Punch On Australia for the duration of the 2011 season, and we welcome you to what will no doubt be an epic first event!
Thank you.
