Hey I was just wondering if anybody could help me solve a problem I keep having with itunes? Everytime I try to import a CD or create a ringtone it locks up and gives me this message;

I have a laptop that is only a few months old so I don't think it is the computer, but I am still new to Windows 7 so I am stuck. If anybody has any ideas of help please let me know as it is very annoying.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall? Is there an update you can apply?

Check event logs, see what reason it gives for crashing and then google it.
