so ive been thinking i wanna buy WoW, but unsure what is needed, im pretty sure my pc can handle the graffix etc. just drop a line and tell me what is needed so i can play this game.

With just vanilla wow you can only access the original parts of wow, the highest level is 60, when u want to get to 70 you need burning crusade, then wotlk for 80, and cataclysm for 85. The patches/updates make everybody (no matter what expansion) see the same things. You just can't go into the expansion area's etc.

probs for computer requirements, at least a 4gb ram, decent gfx card, devent processor, decent internet just 2 makie it run smooth on fair settings.

No way kasper, 1/2 gb of RAM, 2ghz single core, less than average gfx card would make it run decently, on a less than average system however you can still run 30+ fps on very low by either setting all your gfx to minimum or get leatrix's graphics fix which minimises gfx lower than the slider allows.

Expansion wise all you need is the clasic version of the game which you can get for $5 atm or a 10 day trial.

The above post would only work for levelling/arena. Those specs would get rolled in raid, especially with the gfx updates they've implemented.

exactly, i have a shitty gfx card, 2.7 processor 4bg ram and i can only run smoothly on fair settings, and if i want 2 do big bgs or raids i gotta turn it down to low, btw 1/2gb of ram pfft u need 1gb or more to even install it.
