Well it has been a while since 667th drove to a 3-1 victory in that epic GF but the wait is nearly over. Season 2 will go live at 8PM AEST 5th July (this Sunday night)

First the bad news.

We were unable to get enough time to update the current version of battleracer so it will remain the same. There are however some new rules which will be updated officially on the rules page soon.
They are.

- NO CAR SWAPPING AT ANY TIME
- Miniguns enabled after the 3rd checkpoint on first lap of all sized tracks
- Sprint tracks will now be included for challenge submission
- All reg season matches will be best of 3 as usual but all finals matches will be best of 5
- No 64 track sizes are available in any finals match
- 10 week season (down from 12 in S1)
- There will be 2 special events during the season (halfway mark and directly after ladder lock)

Special events:

Sunday 9th August (halfway mark of season) and Sunday 13th Sept at 9PM there will be a top 8 shootout. This will mean the top 8 teams as of 1130PM AEST the day before each date will be able to compete in an 'all in brawl'
All teams not in the top 8 on these dates will also be able to be involved in a 'all in brawl' which will be the curtain raiser to the top 8 main event that night.

Details of particulars announced before season opens.

Sir. Elxx is back just after season opens so i will know exactly when the new version will be available which includes +10 new tracks including Sharqi, Dalain, Cleansweep, Daqing, + others

neg

Ok due to the fact sprint is actually a different format than rally it is gonna take some time to include the sprint tracks for challenges. So, initially you won't be able to offer them. Sorry guys will try and work it out soon.
