The Bible.
The most abused book in the world. The most powerful book in the world. The perfect, living book.

The most common objection I hear concerning the Bible is that it cannot be trusted as God's word, as it is written by man and everyone knows man make mistakes.
Well in actual fact it was written through men, by God. 2 Peter 1:21 states "for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit."

The Bible in 2 Timothy 3:16 tell us that "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God". Inspired can be translated into, God breathed, God breathed out the scripture. He used men as a tool to convey His thoughts and ideas, His truth in the Bible.

If you read the Bible solely as a history book you will see that it is all true. The Bible has many prophecies. It predicts the future and is always accurate. In Psalm 22 written 1000 BC, in verse 16 it says "For dogs have surrounded Me; The congregation of the wicked has enclosed Me. They pierced My hands and My feet; I can count all My bones. They look and stare at Me. They divide My garments among them, And for My clothing they cast lots." It predicts how Jesus died and what the apostles would do with His clothes, to the detail. They gambled them.

A few other prophecies of Jesus Christ.
    Born of a virgin. - Isaiah 7:14
He would be preceded by a Messenger. (John the Baptist)- Isaiah 40:3
Rejected by His own people. - Isaiah 53:3
Betrayed by a close friend. (Judas)- Isaiah 41:9

I do not belong to any 'denomination'. I belong to God and I follow His living word. I desire Him, not heaven. Christianity, biblical Christianity is not a 'religion' either. Religion offers slavery. Redemption offers Freedom. Religion is laws and practice, a 'I have to do this or I'll go to hell attitude', work's salvation which the Catholic religion holds dear to, and is bluntly said, heretical. I follow the Bible and what God teaches in it, as it His word and I desire Him, I want to see His glory known. I want to please God.
As Ezekiel 36:26-27 says "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them." that happened to me in February of last year.
He saved me and is The Lord of my life.

By the grace of God I am willing to answer questions on your complete disregard of the Bible and any doubts of it as best I can.

The Bible also says shit like:

And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. -- Leviticus 26:16

So I would take any verse with a grain of salt.

Writing about something after it's happened does not make it a prediction.

(Just to clarify I'm making a remark about the mistranslation of the KJB and not stating that the entire bible came after christ.)

Leviticus 26:16 actually says "I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart.
And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it." It's talking about people who don't obey God and follow His commandments. Leviticus 26:15 "and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant"
The book of Leviticus was written by Moses as a handibook for the servants of God in that day. It also gives detailed rules concerning the daily lives of the Israelites.
The 26th Chapter in Leviticus is talking about the Blessing's of obedience to God and His commandments (Verses 1-13) and the punishments for disobedience to God and His commandments, being much more (Verses 13-46).

The only way to live for God in the old Covenant was to live by God's law which is displayed in the book of Leviticus and the establishment of God's covenant in the end of Exodus. Jesus brung the new covenant, hence the New Testament. Jesus free'd us from the law. The Ten Commandments actually show how depraved and condemned we actually are, to show how much in need we are of a saviour. Christ's two greatest command's were "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'" - Matthew 22:37-39.

@ Relapse.
Psalm 22 was written 1000 years before Christ was alive.
Psalm 22 was written in the Old Testament - written before Christ was alive.
It's historically proven.

That's great but what you're quoting is Old Testament, most likely the King James version.

(Edit: didn't realize I'd typed new)

Man.
Psalm 22 is from the Old Testament.
I'm reading from the NEW King James Version, which translated both the Old and New Testaments.

EDIT:
@ slogga
Leviticus 26:29 is the verse you quoted.
Leviticus 26:27-32 - "And after all this, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me, then I also will walk contrary to you in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. You shall eat the flesh of your sons, and you shall eat the flesh of your daughters. I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and cast your carcasses on the lifeless forms of your idols; and My soul shall abhor you. I will lay your cities waste and bring your sanctuaries to desolation, and I will not smell the fragrance of your sweet aromas. I will bring the land to desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it."

This shows God's punishment, wrath, fury and hatred of sin and disobedience of the Israelites. It's a warning to them, to what will happen if they disobey Him.
It could be saying it metaphorically, or literally. But it doesn't matter, it's showing God's wrath, his hatred against sin.

The NKJV is basically a copy of the King James without all the thee's and thou's.

It's still the same mistranslation, the Hebrew text doesn't even come close to saying what the King James translation claims it does.

Okay.
Where is your evidence of this?
Have you read the whole KJV Bible and all the Hebrew texts?
And by the way, the Bible was written in 3 different languages. Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic and the King James is translated primarily from these.

The evidence is in the work of others, it's not mine.
