For those who care about the terribad COD4 comp that was held at Respawn last night, here's how the shit went down.

There was 18 teams. Lan Domination and the National Socialist Party both smashed their way to the finals, knocking everyone off with little effort. LD only had trouble with wats+v5, but managed to get away with a 14-10 win.

So we found two teams left for the final;

Lan Domination:

-Antik
-Dyno
-Ducky

National Socialist Party:
-hektik
-denied
-b1ll
-fletch
-abortion

Knife round kicked off. We won. Our map was crash. A tough game, we started on attack and we did pretty well winning the first few rounds then finishing the half at around 5-7(?). On defence we began to drop a few easy rounds but managed to bring back near the end till it was 11-12. Hoping for a overtime, we got smasht and lost crash 11-13.

NSP's map was Strike. Hmm as attack first off, I think we took the half 6-6? or 7-5, our way. But NSP had a decent attack strat and we got completly analed every round on defence, as was we had no one covering the flank. Oh wells. Think we lost it 13-8?

NSP win 2-0.


Hahaha we did not bad for a team that formed on the day. But yeah, Respawn was pretty disappointing. Lack of competitive teams (we made it to the final lul), prize money and admins that actually play the game. Hopefully next respawn will attract more people and teams from the CG community and hopefully better prizes then what they offered this time round.

would have been better to play decent teams all the way throo instead of winning 24-0 and 22-2 in first 2 rounds and a better prize for 2nd place, instead of 1 bottle of red eye for all that work
