What's a god frame?

Those "frames" of animation where a survivor is, taking one common example, being pulled by a smoker (aka smoker immunity) and is invulnerable to taking damage for that brief period of time (and may as well have 'god mode' on, hence the term). Annoying in L4D2 for example, when you get a good spit in and somebody decides to smoke/jockey them out and they take no damage from it.

Hope this doesn't affect wake-up/recovery frames though! Chain-pouncing lulz.

Man, imo, chain pouncing would be good, I mean srsly, every second shit **** knows how to punt or skeet. I mean it's fcking easy to do, so I for one endorse chain pouncing, people could actually land 25's on someone who isn't even mildly stupid. It's not like the infected aren't risking anything, so for EG chain pouncing would mean easier rescue for survs, etc. Hell I'd prefer even no invul time on recovery, so can just chain all day long, punting is that ******* easy. If I can punt, any second downer can punt, not even kidding.

Also another thing I think a hunter SHOULD be able to 25 a smoked survivor and get that dmg. It should be a viable strat.

Added sm_respawn (!respawn) command and fixed the smoker cloud config so it doesn't use the default values and hides the message.

Alright, found one more issue that is fixed now. That should be it.
Don't forget to change sv_visiblemaxplayers inside rotoblin_map_CG.cfg and rotoblin_map.cfg if you don't have a 12 slot.

If you have a 16 or whatever amount of people l4d_maxplayers is set to will still be able to join even if visible is set to 12.
