I am posting to make the 'powers that be' aware of an incident that took place on your server tonight(Sunday 27th Feb), whether or not anyone chooses to follow up on it is neither here nor there to me as perhaps your community allows this sort of behaviour. I do however know myself as a clan master/server owner that there are rules for admins to adhere to that are set to protect your patrons from outright administritave abuse and if any admins within my group did this, their arse would be grass plain and simple!!!

So, the map was Panama C*****I rolled out of the US spawn in a tank to be partially damaged by an A/mine right at the gate, I chose to bail and take my chances on foot and spotted the soldier as I suspected 'right at our gate'. The soldier was AgN FLAV. After being killed I posted "Y dont you go right into the spawn egg" and would've been happy enough to leave it at that - incidentally when I spawned in Flav was crouched at the gate shooting 'at me' in spawn but I took him down. ALTHOUGH THIS MAY BE ALLOWED IN YOUR SERVER, AN ADMIN ATTEMPTING TO EXPLOIT VISITORS IN THIS MANNER IS A LITTLE BIT... 'OFF' DON'T YOU THINK?

Following my comment another player on Flavs' team then made a retort about crying to my mumma to which I replied "I don't recall even talking 2 u fkwit" which included the typo *ralking instead of *talking which the random chose to highlight... my next 'banter' was pffft! is that all you've got man? to which he replied "more than you'll ever be able to handle" and all ending with me suggesting the random 'got over himself'... this all while still playing and sitting around 4th or 5th on my team so definitely NOT idle. The next thing I know I am 'killed by admin' as in through procon(or the like)..... this without any mention to the other player in this situation nor any wrong doing in accordance with your server rules on my part... so it's fair to say I'm not only miffed but a little pissed that an admin chose to wield his power both willy nilly and without just cause. Flav then informed me 'it was just a warning' and to keep quiet and play', again with no mention to the player who had sided with him and was it's fair to say 50% of what was being said.

I take pride in playing an objective driven game happy to collaborate and assist throughout the rounds. Despite many servers allowing it I still choose NOT to spawn camp opting rather to allow attackers or overpowered conquest oppositions the chance to actually get out. I don't believe in fringe sitting or any form of exploitation beyond 'fair' skill and cunning. Very rarely will I be disrespectful or abusive to server admins or tag wearers unless of course provoked and for that I cannot apologise as at 43 I'm a little long in the tooth to take shit in real life much less in global chat.

I don't think I deserved the indignity nor the extra 'death' in this one and question Flav's ability to remain objective ih his role as server admin.

Like Schappelle i fully support OP's post, im sure at times we all have spawn camped and been raged at... BoL in the future, try contacting AgN
