Just wondering what direction l4d1 / 2 will be taking, as this new tournament is just about over, whats on the cards next? i would say a ladder type format would be the go to let people challenge freely and see if that will keep the interest up and hopefully generate some new interest as well

Tickles suggested this idea in vent and everyone in the channel hated it - - A ladder that has both l4d1 and 2 matches and just like the way you offers maps you can also specify which game or have 1 month l4d1 / 1 month l4d2 or something like that. This means that the two teams that play l4d1 and the two teams that play l4d2 can all be in the same ladder expanding the competition to a grand total of 4 teams - gg community

Keep the ladders separate, would just become the biggest headache. And for the l4d1 ladder wouldn't be convenient to keep it the same as the tourney is, teams that are playing to organise a time, book the sever and ect..

Yea i agree.. keep the ladders separate for sure, but the next l4d1 ladder should definitely be exactly that.. a ladder style format.. let teams challenge and pick maps freely

biggest question is "When is this happening ?"

Exactly what melt said, the interest is fading the longer it takes to finish this tourney.

Yea we definately need to get this over and done with asap... as like doggy and melt said.. there is about 15 teams just sitting there idle.. yes they can still scrim.. but there interest just isnt there if they dont know when they will get there next CG ranked match

Sarab you know that isn't true... One of those clans plays both games so it'll just be 3.
