Mega bored at the moment and just wondering who on CG works out or goes to the gym often?
I started working out this year, currently just been doing weights at home. I started off weighing around 72kg's and I'm currently weighing in at around 79kg's, so I'm quite happy with my progress so far

. I work out 1 night, and then have 1 night off for a recovery.
I take USPLabs Jack3d as my pre-work out, and recommend it to absolutely anyone who currently works out or is keen to start working out. The energy and focus you have while you work out after taking it is unbelievable.

I also take Redbak's Complete Protein Shake 2-3 times a day. This is really good for promoting lean muscle mass as it also helps with fat loss.

Also, I have to say that my diet has significantly improved since I first started working out, eating lots of fruit, meat, salad, etc. I notice that I am able to eat larger quantities of food now too.
