Just saw chainsawed on the new and realised its a US team. Thoughts on american teams joining the Australian tournament?

If they're willing to get up at 5 in the morning and play with 300 ping.
+respect for their dedication.

I personally don't have an issue with them playing as long as the rules are followed.
It's the higher pinged team that has the disadvantage anyhow.

I'm all for it, the more competition the better.

Agree with Jekt, they are at a serious disadvantage. It is an Australian tournament and will be played on Australian servers, speaking from experience playing with a higher ping is way harder.

I thought the tournament was to bring interest back to the Australian L4D1 scene. I didn't realise that was accomplished by American teams playing it. But whatever.
