it will be late that night as its american dates, also if you dont find it in the market place go to xbox.com and buy it on the set time as it may not load n your marketplace then go to active downloads on the dashboard, i did this for first strike.

Like around 9pm but sometimes it doesn't go directly to the store as there is say 1million people trying to get it some get it before other etc. So its just a sneaky way to do it.
