hd: 1x160gb(os) 1x500gb & 1x1tb
ram: 4gb patriot viper 1066mhz
psu: seasonic 520w modular

the one im thinking of building.
CPU: AMD AM3 x6 1055T 2.8 Phenom II $185
MB: AsRock 890GX-Extreme3(USB3) $139

Go intel.

getting a 6950 for 200 bucks is nigh on impossible, so I just chucked in a 570. cheaper card = lower cost anyway.

http://au.billion.com/product/voip/bipac7404vnox.php

This beast of a router will do everything, including VOIP, in the one box. $350.

Otherwise you can grab a Fritz Box, legendary pieces of hardware that will do the same as the billion.

If you have the VOIP box already, go for this baby:

Billion 7800N: http://au.billion.com/product/wireless/bipac7800n.php

I have this and it has to be the best router out at the moment, perfect for all the devices on your network. These ones will set you back around $170.

NBN ready, will handle VOIP box, has gigabit switch (4-port), 300mb/s wireless transfer rates, will smash anything that you feed to it.

Stick with the 6850 sure, it's a good card especially crossfire. But get a sandy bridge, they are faster than the 1055t; you're an idiot if you "don't like" intel or nvidia, because there's no reason to dislike them. Computer efficiency > senseless fanboying.
