Hi! i've been really keen to get into cod pc pro-mod but im rockin an average of 20-30fps and its really shit and hard to play. So im just wondering if someone can have a look at my specs and tell me what i need to upgrade so i can get a good Frame for cod 4 and possibly some other gamer eg. amnesia and css if possible.

My Specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 215 Processor (2 CPU's), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Display: NVIDEA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GV-NX66T128D
DirectX 11: DirectX 11

Video card = graphics card. Upgrade your RAM and CPU I would say.

If you're strapped for cash, get a new GPU. If you have some money to throw around, I'd get an entirely new rig, and sell your current one for as much as you can get for it.

Although, if you're only going to be playing older games like cod4 and CSS, just a new GPU would be fine, though your CPU will definitely bottleneck it if you decide to play newer games.

Ahh K thanks so i will pick up a new GPU. Also with the CPU since my current one is an AMD do i have to get the same type? and is it hard to fit. Because i just did a bit of salvaging in my old gaming comp my brother used and it only took me like 5 minutes to take out the CPU to see what it is because i cbf hooking it all up cheers.

When i say money to turn its really like $500 but i dont really want to blow all my money on pc shit just to nerd out on and $500 isn't nearly enough for a decent PC, which is the only thing i would actually spend it all on.
