Tossing up between graphics cards, help?

Ok so im building a new gaming pc and intend to play games such as crysis 2, bfbc2, etc on high settings. I will be playing at 1920x1080 but am not sure what graphics card i should choose. My CPU is an i7 2600k and the cards im tossing up between are(price is a concerning factor):
Gainward GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Golden Sample
Gainward GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2GB Phantom
VTX3D Radeon HD6950 2GB
MSI Radeon HD6950 2GB Twin Frozr II OC
taking into consideration price and performance what would you choose, also if have any particular card you would like to suggest i would be glad to here it.

but they do OC like a BAWSS


keep in mind, the 560ti is a bit quicker in some tests too
