hey there well pretty much i havent touched a video game in about 4 months and well anyway the last week i wanted to play some and well anyway
My steam wont let me play any games on there and there are 3 stuck on downloading one at 96% and it will not move from there.
Its like steam isnt getting a internet connection to the downloads.
Its a real pain the ass purely coz i havent touched a game in a while and just one to play the games i have on steam
anyway anyone got any ideas

i guess you've tried restart router, reset pc, reset steam, call isp? you capped?.

yeah done that reinstalled steam and it reckoned i had no games downloaded and i needed to downloaded them all again then i relogged in and they came back up yet i still cant play anything.
i have changed download location settings in steam and still nothing
