$100 are you serious? Even a 6850 is $199. Heck you can't even buy a 5770, a card older then my grandmother.

Not everyone has the money to spend on gfx cards, there are a few budget ones out there for 100 or under

i have a second hand 5770 if you like that for $100, you live in WA so thats a +1, depending if you live near the city or not i guess. pm if you like the offer. ( you can even bring it back i suppose if cod4 doesnt run on it, but it should and 125fps is easily achievable with 5770s )

I held 125 easy with an E4300 @ 1.8GHz with a 8600GT or 9800GTX+ (5 fps performance increase due to bottleneck)

If you don't want second hand, the two I posted will hold 125 at max resolution.

Bilbin, it depends what resolution OP wants to run it at as well.

http://shop.ebay.com.au/i.html?_nkw=4870+1gb&_sacat=0&_odkw=4870&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313

Less than $100 for $4870. Your computer should handle it OK, not sure about your power supply though :| I think it's about 550W safe, 450W minimum (rails rails, yes yes, whatever)
