Hi guys,

Looking to upgrade my brother computer. Parts that can be salvaged are just the HDD which is a WD Blue 500Gb, the rest just old tech. The budget is "cheap but good" be able to play games and all that $600-700 for box.

Games he plays:
- TF2
- LFD ½
- Source base games
- Games that come out in the near future

What he needs:
- Box
- Monitor
