have got it, and play it from time to time, and honestly really like it, dont know why i havent moved to pc yet, guess tis just that still find xbox controller more comfortable (sure that would change p[retty quick if I hard out started playing PC) and another reason, think it would be harder to get into competitive on PC

2 everyone on PC hates console players, so If i sad i had cod4 knowledge (from xbox P2P) assuming everyone would just lol
3 PC players dont spend much time on CG, so LFC threads, dont get you far I;d imagine

remember we cant adjust damage, so it virtually losses no damage over distance, its pretty much as strong as an AK 47 long raneg but you can run faster with it, walk fast/slielnty ADS.

Once again, why do people always assume a slower game is less skillfull/tactical?

CODs are not supposed to be fast imo, games like Quake are.

Just in case you guys didn't know (I'm sure you would), the MP5 and AK-74u damage values are the same, only the 74u sways while the MP5 doesn't. The only other statistical differences are their reload times (74u takes longer, but you can reload cancel with it, so for all intensive purposes it's faster) and the fact that the 74u is better at wallbanging.

I'm sure that if you said you had CGi xbox experience it would count for something. I'm fairly sure that Serialz Money Krew (cod4 cga team) are all CGi console players (although I think they are PS3). The problem with getting into PC cod4 for new players is that they will join a CGo team that will die out in a week or so. It's better to try to build up a few connections and then get into established, recognised teams.

Saw it mentioned earlier in the post somewhere. It's pretty much what the majority of people think on xbox, they'd prefer the game to be as fast as possible.

To expand on my previous post about xboxers coming to PC, I think the thing at the moment is that no one knows that you are an xbox CGi player. What needs to happen is a team coming over and doing well, and also making sure people know they are an xbox team. If you can get members from an xbox team - or players from a few - crossing over to PC and doing well on CGo / CGa, people won't just assume you're some random new players.

so true, games like ut, quake etc are supposed to be played fast as the mechanics of the game are unrealistic

Will prob have all the same issues other HDTV's have in input lag. Then to decrease (but still feel slower than a monitor) you degrade the picture quality. If they mention some response times and no input lag issues...then it could be sweet!
